Raffle drawing was done Today Saturday September 16th at 4:oo pm in Lake City.  We wish everyone who purchased tickets a very big thank you. Also a huge shout out to all the local business’ that sold tickets for Silent Observer.   All proceeds go to supporting the Cadillac Area Silent Observer program, serving Wexford, Missaukee and Osceola counties.  The Silent Observer program does not succeed without support from you the public.    Thank you all.
